Tarot readings

“May I first say that no one has ever given me such accurate tarot readings before. It felt like you could see into my life—my inner life and outer life.”
– Tambra, Reiki Practitioner

My perspective on what Tarot can do

Tarot can help you remember what you, at some level, already know. It can show you beliefs you’ve stashed away in your subconscious. It can open a direct line to intuition. And it can offer new clarity.

And what it can’t

The cards themselves have no power. Neither are any individual cards “good” or “bad.” They are simply a tool to be used for brainstorming, insight and perspective.

An intuitive approach to reading

When I read the Tarot, my interpretation of a card will sometimes match its traditional meaning. Often, it won’t. I’m guided by my intuition, and trust that what comes through me will be the most relevant and useful interpretation for you and your question.

We’re all connected energetically, all the time. That means no amount of physical distance between you and I will affect my ability to read especially for you.

Guidelines for creating Tarot questions

I prefer not to bring “yes/no” questions or questions about “what will be” to the cards. Your choices and actions—and those of all those connected with the question—ensure that the future is always in motion. Your free will always trumps anything the cards may have to say.

My ethics also preclude reading for someone without his or her knowledge. This includes asking how you might change someone’s troubling behavior or whether he/she is being honest with you.

Better to ask something like:

  • “What do I need to know about this [decision/relationship/situation/health issue]?”
  • “What am I overlooking about this [decision/relationship/situation/health issue]”
  • “How can I improve my chances of...”
  • “What role do I play in this [difficult or painful experience]?”
  • “What can I learn from this [difficult or painful experience]?”
  • "What can I do to support [loved one/business/desired outcome]?"
